Laser Cladding Welding
The mobile laser cladding center is mainly composed of a laser system, a robot system and a laser cladding head, and is primarily used for cladding rotor journals, valve sealing surfaces and other components.
It has completed the welding and repair work of rotor journals for many power plants including Ruijin Power Plant and Shiheng Power Plant.

The cladding layer forms a metallurgical bond with the substrate, featuring low dilution rate and excellent performance.
Optimized cladding material:
1CrMo powder is selected, whose performance matches the base metal. Its as-welded tensile strength is ≥843MPa, no post-weld heat treatment is required, and the quality meets the requirements of non-destructive testing.
