Mobile Lathe Machining Based on Modular Reconfigurable Technology
Mobile lathe based on modular reconfigurable technology: to solve the problem of difficulty in returning large parts such as rotor banding to the factory, a mobile lathe suitable for on-site use has been developed.
Completed on-site rotor maintenance and on-site blade disassembly and assembly work for Zhangyang Power Plant, Fa'er Power Plant, Yangjiang Nuclear Power Plant, Rizhao Power Plant, etc.
Modular structure design:
Split standardized interface design for hydrostatic brackets, drive devices, etc., adapting to rotor diameter of 400-800mm, banding diameter of 1600-4500mm, maximum load capacity of 100t, and body machining precision of 0.02mm.
Flexible positioning system:
Axial limit allows maximum 5mm eccentricity; radial adoption of bearing bush + spherical self-adaptive support to improve clamping stability.
