  • Jiangsu Yancheng Binhai Port Economic Zone 200MWp Fishery-Photovoltaic Complementary Solar Power Project
    The 200MWp Fishery-Photovoltaic Complementary Solar Power Project in Yancheng Binhai Port Economic Zone, Jiangsu, supplied by Shanghai Electric Hency Solar Technology Co., Ltd. with high-efficiency N-type modules, was successfully connected to the grid in one go at full capacity.

      After the project is connected to the grid and put into operation, it will provide an average annual power generation of approximately 229.1541 million kWh to the grid. Compared to thermal power generation with the same output, this project will conserve a significant amount of freshwater resources, save about 71,100 tons of standard coal each year, and reduce the emissions of various atmospheric pollutants. On average, the annual reductions are estimated to be approximately 174,000 tons of carbon dioxide, 28.18 tons of sulfur dioxide, 40.43 tons of nitrogen oxides, 24.26 tons of mercury and its compounds, and 8.09 tons of soot emissions.

    The project utilizes the "Pioneer 2.0 G12 SEP2-132D-700-720YS" series of high-efficiency N-type modules, independently developed by Ronshine Solar. These modules feature high efficiency, low degradation rates, high bifaciality, and excellent low-light performance and temperature coefficients. They deliver higher investment returns and a lower Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) for customers. The high reliability of the products contributed to the project's successful one-time grid connection.

    (1) SMBB Half-Cell Technology: Achieves superior light utilization and a shorter current transmission distance, reducing optical and resistive losses to effectively enhance module power output and reliability.

    (2) Anti-PID Characteristics: Optimized cell processes minimize the risk of degradation caused by Potential Induced Degradation (PID).

    (3) Low Temperature Coefficient: A better temperature coefficient ensures more stable power generation performance from the modules.

    (4) Anti-LID Characteristics: N-type modules offer greater reliability and lower LID/LETID degradation.

    (5) Bifaciality Exceeding 80%: The higher power generation gain from the rear side significantly lowers the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE).
